Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • US Standard Shipping : 3-7 business days - $4.99 flat rate
    • Free US Shipping: on orders over $60 (before tax)
  • International Shipping: delivery times vary by destination and carrier, usually 7-21 business days - $19.99 flat rate ($29.99 flat rate for Australia & New Zealand)
    • Free International Shipping: on orders over $100 (before tax)

Packaging

All vinyl records are shipped in sturdy, protective mailers designed to prevent corner damage, seam splits, and warping. We take extra care with limited-edition and collector's releases to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at rmfnofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos if applicable so we can resolve it quickly — typically by sending a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders & Third Party Fulfillment

Some items ship directly from our distributor or partner warehouses. While we process every order promptly, certain factors (label allocations, distributor delays, third-party handling, damages) may be outside of our control. We'll always keep you updated if there's any holdup or change to expected ship dates.
