I preordered a vinyl record from RMFN. The record was packaged well, and shipping was prompt right after release. Unfortunately, the shipping box arrived with significant damage, entirely the fault of the carrier. I emailed RMFN support with photos before opening it, and got a near-immediate response from Chris with clear instructions on how to proceed.
The email exchange that followed was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Once I opened the package, I found the vinyl itself fully intact; only the jacket/sleeve was damaged. Rather than just pointing me to a standard refund policy, Chris laid out several options, all equally fair, and let me pick whichever worked best for me. I decided to keep the vinyl since the music itself was unaffected. Without me even asking, Chris then refunded my shipping cost and offered a one-time code for 50% off a replacement.
Mistakes with shipping happen, and this one wasn’t RMFN’s fault at all. What stood out was how quickly and graciously Chris handled it, and how much better that felt than the copy/paste responses you often get in this kind of situation. That kind of accountability is genuinely noteworthy.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase! Nowhere else was I going to find both the Zeppelin album and Slothrust album that I was looking for.(I know because I checked and that’s how I found this store.) I ordered these the same day as some other albums from artists official merch that were only available there, and these came well before any of the others and in perfect condition and sound excellent. Comparative pricing is killer too, (although you already know that if you’re shopping around and have made your way here.)Looking forward to digging further into the catalogue. Thanks guys!

I have ordered so far 3 records for you guys so far and absolutely love them. I keep trying to find local shops online to get vinyls from and happy I found you guys and pretty cool you are in Jersey. I live on Long Island so it’s cool they ship pretty quick. Been a metal head since I was a kid, have a much older half brother who got me into metal, he was born in ‘71 so he got to see some of the greats in concert, like Metallica (with CLIFF!!) open for Ozzy in ‘86 at Nassau Coliseum and Pantera and White Zombie at Giants stadium In 1991 along with many other shows and bands. I was fortunate enough to see Pantera on their last tour in 2001 at Nassau Coliseum along with Slayer and Static-X when I was 15. But I keep going on and on with bands I was lucky enough to see. Anyway you guys are awesome, rock on, keep doing your thing and I will def support adding to my collection when I can!
